Initially the tabloid sent two of its best investigative reporters — Donna McConnell and Simon Cable — to watch Victoria Beckham’s nipples for a day. They concluded she was wearing nipple enhancers. Now Morwennia Ferrier has taken a closer look and reckons a surgeon has been at work.
