Paul Dacre’s Daily Mail has always had a soft spot for the 1950s, so seeing Scarlett Johansson ‘smoulder’ for Dolce & Gabbana in a campaign that ‘harks back to an era when women looked glamorous when they went to the shops,’ certainly gets the juices flowing.
Scarlett Johansson is, ‘all bust and hips and pale flesh, looking unapologetically curvy,’ gushes hack Alison Tyler. ‘We’ve become so used to androgynous looking bodies that her curves – and that waist – look truly striking and womanly.’
