Buff the Banana with Paul Dacre goes live

Welcome to Buff the Banana with Paul Dacre, a blog that will provide a guide to the most titillating pages of the Daily Mail’s website, complete with direct links, so you can get to the good stuff, without wading through the bad.

Development began in the run-up to Christmas 2008 after the author realised that a great many Daily Mail readers are mostly interested in looking at pictures of celebrities with very little clothes on and not that bothered about common sense family values and the like… but would there be enough content to sustain a daily blog?

CONTINUES AFTER AD:

Well hey! Over the last couple of weeks there has been no shortage of material to keep banana buffers occupied, thanks in large part to celebrities frolicking on various beaches in the skimpiest of outfits and occasionally topless. What a shocking world we live in.

Buff the Banana with Paul Dacre went live at 8am on Thursday 9 January 2009, with nearly 30 posts already written along with an all important biography of Paul Dacre.

If there is a serious side to Buff the Banana with Paul Dacre, it is to remind the world that those who preach the sternest of conservative values (like Daily Mail editor Paul Dacre) are more than happy to cast their principles to one side if they think it will sell a few more newspapers.
